  Accommodation
 
 
The College has a dedicated accommodation service through a number of private estate agents which provides help to all prospective full time students in the procurement of accommodation. A number of new and refurnished residences with fully fitted kitchens are available at competitives rates. Students applying for the confirmation of accommodation must sign the tenancy agreeement and pay the required deposit in advance. Deposits paid are fully refundable in case of entry clearance refusals.
 
           
  Airport Meeting Service        
 
 
Overseas student arriving in the UK for the first time and wishing to be met by a College representative at a UK airport must inform the College with complete details prior to their arrival date. Student will be taken to the college, except at weekends when they will be taken directly to their lodgings. if already arranged.
 
         
  Medical Care        
 
 
Overseas students enrolled on courses of more than six months duration are entitled to free hospital treatment through the UK National Health Service, provided they first register with a local doctor. The Student Welfare Officer will help students register with a local GP and arrange appointments if required.
 
           
  Careers Advice      
 
 

Upon request students will be offered advice on their choice of courses and guidance for their future careers. The College offers:

>> Valuable advice on careers, further study and related areas from a trained Student Welfare Officer.

>> Up - to - date careers information on occoupations, employers and postgraduate study.

>> The chance to hone your job application skills through practical workshops dealing with CV writing and interview skills.

 
           
  Student Bank Account        
 
 
Overseas Student in the UK will be offered a bank account if they are on a full time course for at least a year. In addition to this students must have a photo ID i.e. a passport or a full UK Driving Licence and proof of residence in the UK. This can be a utility bill, tenancy agreement, council tax letter, or a letter from the Inland Revenue. Students should contact the Welfare Officer to facilitate the process.
